CyberPower new Xtreme 3D 3000 gaming desktop w/NVIDIA 3D Vision

CyberPower has updated its gaming desktop lineup with new NVIDIA 3D Vision machines. I have played with their customizer to find how much can a CyberPower Xtreme 3D 3000 with all the crucial gaming stuff cost you. This is what it turned out like (picture on the left): Intel Core i7-930 2.8GHz, single NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480 1.5GB, 3GB triple channel DDR3 1333MHz and 500GB SATA II 7200rpm HDD rig runs slightly over $2000. This includes Samsung 22-inch 3D monitor and stereoscopic glasses bundle. If you start adding tasty stuff like SSDs and USB 3.0 cards, liquid cooling, etc. you can still fit in $3000. But if pushing things to the max is on your mind CyberPower will install 3-way CrossFire Radeon HD 5970 and a GTX 480 solely for PhysX plus overclocked Intel Core i7-980X Extreme Edition 3.3GHz and 12GB DDR3 1866MHz… It is possible to keep all of that under $10,000, but why bother?

Crazy gamers' Computer desk

Most people now days put their computers on a simple computer table which is not very sophisticated and does not have some cool things built in. However there are people who think that their gaming zone should be appropriate.

There is a gadget table that will fit the craziest gamer in the world. Roccaforte gamers' computer table is the ultimate desk for a gamer like you. This table looks like a real gaming machine and it has space for everything for anything you would like to have attached to your computer.

First of all it has space for 3 monitors, cool huh? It is very cool because you can install all three of them and have a panoramic view. The thing with that is that you will need to get used to that. You can watch TV on one of them, surf the web on the other one, and whatever else on the third one.

Any gamers' accessory can be installed on this monster table gadget. It looks like a special cockpit of a racing car where you have everything you need at your hand.

You can install a steering wheel right in the middle if you want to play NFS Most Wanted and you can install the gear box beside it. There is space for everything.

IF you are a fan of some flying simulators this gadget table will certainly help you with that. It has two special places on its sides to place the controls for that.

You can install web camera, keyboard, mouse, steering wheel etc. on to this wonderful table. I believe that there is no gamer that does not dream of a table like this one. It is made black because everybody knows that black color suites the best for gaming in the dark and light.

The main issue of this table is… Guess what? Right, the cost; this monster will cost you about $ 500. So you can afford it only if you have a rich papa or mama and get one for Christmas.

However, you can buy one when you get a job. But the problem with this is that is when you get a job you do not have as much time to spend playing except for the night.
MSY Company did not think of that. Well, for those who will be able to afford this one it will be a very cool gaming machine and you will be happy with this purchase. Well, for those who cannot afford it: I have played on an ordinary table all my life and I really enjoyed it very much. You just need some time to get one accessory off the table and install another one.

The iPad is truly a phenomenon, having grown in stature since its release as a pretty formidable portable gaming device on its own, although the iPhone will probably edge it out still. Well, what the iPad has over the rest is a relatively large screen real estate, so why not take full advantage of it with the Fling Joystick for iPad?
Available for pre-orders at £19.99 a pop, this is a proper stick-on joystick for avid gamers, and to make things sweeter, it comes in an ergonomic design which will certainly have you playing your iPad games for hours on end without any worries. Made from silky-smooth aluminum and engineering-grade flexible resin, this is one gizmo that takes full advantage of suction cups, giving you an instant joystick as and when you need it.

GoPad Atari Asteroids

Want to have a blast from the past? You can place a pre-order for the GoPad Atari Asteroids, where it is tipped to ship from the middle of this month onwards to your house address (or wherever else you live/work/play, of course). At £14.99 each, surely this isn’t something that is considered to be too expensive for you, right? After all, the GoPad Atari Asteroids intends to deliver the perfect retro gaming experience unlike a regular clunky laptop keyboard, working in a plug-and-play mode.
This remarkable folding gadget is tiny enough to tote around in your pocket (just be careful so that you don’t lose it), and it will transform into a fully functional USB gaming pad with but a click of its clamshell design.
Features include a two-axis directional-pad, a quartet of action buttons, an equal number of shoulder buttons and turbo on/off buttons which will help you take full control of those classic pixels. Playing nice with both the Mac and PC platforms, the GoPad will also find the 1980’s arcade classic Asteroids bundled into each purchase, now how about that to help you get started right out of the box?

Razer teams up with Bioware for Dragon Age II product range

Razer is one of the more famous names when it comes to video game accessories and peripherals, and it is with great excitement to announce their partnership with Bioware to roll out Dragon Age II products in tandem with the game’s launch in North America on March 8, while those living in Europe will be able to enjoy said title three days after.
Razer’s new products in this range will include an ergonomically precise Razer DeathAdder mouse (which you see above), a speed-enhancing Razer Goliathus mouse mat, and a tactile-sensitive Razer BlackWidow Ultimate mechanical keyboard. For those who are going to play the game on the Xbox 360, you will be able to hook up the Razer Onza Tournament Edition that sports adjustable resistance analog sticks to make it the perfect accessory to handle your rise to power. Of course, gamers who tend to travel a lot to other friends’ houses will also appreciate the Dragon Age II messenger bag.
All Razer products in the Dragon Age II line will definitely appeal to the avid fan of Dragon Age II, being is a highly aesthetic collector’s edition that is worthy of its name. Imagine the Razer DeathAdder that comes embossed with a fearsome red dragon, while the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate has an exclusive blood-red LED backlighting. As for the Razer Goliathus and Messenger Bag, both of them carry a design of Hawke battling Darkspawn with the Razer Onza Tournament Edition bearing an etching of Hawke striding forth fearlessly.
Just to get a better idea on the Razer DeathAdder gaming mouse, this hugely popular gaming peripheral (the vanilla version model) will now look even more pleasing ot the eyes as it offers both comfort and unbridled gaming precision, thanks to hardware specifications such as a 3500 dpi 3.5G infrared sensor, 1000Hz Ultrapolling with 1ms response time, 5 Hyperesponse buttons, and On-the-Fly sensitivity adjustment. It will arrive in April this year for $69.99 Stateside and €69.99 across the pond.

Gigabyte Aivia M8600 Wireless Macro Gaming Mouse

Hardcore gamers tend to take the outcome of their digital battles seriously, and most of them will have a favorite kind of gaming hardware to complement their skills. While Razer is an extremely popular name when it comes to gaming devices, how many people have Gigabyte off the top of their heads? Most of us would think of this to be a motherboard manufacturer first and foremost, but they have rolled out the Gigabyte Aivia M8600 Wireless Macro Gaming Mouse this time around to compete in such a niche market.
The Aivia M8600 might seem to have an “inspired” design from its rivals such as the Razer Lachesis and the Logitech G700, but it is mature enough to hold out on its own, offering dual “quick change” batteries that makes sure it has juice all the time, letting you charge and swap a dead one in just a couple of seconds – depending on how fast your hand can move, of course.
There is no word on a release date or pricing at press time, but hopefully it will keep in line with its motherboard roots by offering plenty of bang for your buck.

Add smells to your list of video game peripherals

We live in an age where video games are getting more an more interactive. The Nintendo Wiimote, the PS3 Move, and the XBox 360 Kinect have taught us to get off of the couch, but besides 3D, how can gamers get more into their game?
The answer might lie in olfactory interface devices. At the Game Developer’s Conference (GDC) this week, two companies (Sensory Acumen and Scent Science) had their individual devices out on display.
Like a console or handheld gaming device, these scent devices need individual cartridges. These cartridges, for lack of a better word, contain oils that emit a certain odor when heated. At the appropriate part in the game, they will spray the scent in the air.
My Source uses burning rubber for a racing game. I have to admit, that is very excellent idea. But what if you are playing a game like Dead Space? I can imagine the smell of all the aliens can’t be too pleasant. I suppose that the foul stench of an alien might increase the excitement of an imminent attack, but do you really want to play a game that you have to pause in order to open your windows?
Anyway, if this ever does get underway, these units would connect to an ordinary USB port. They would probably run about $60 to $70.
